Training Plans
Athletes can select from a catalog of premade training plans or request a custom training plan. Training plans are administered via Trainingpeaks.
Training plans cover anything from single sport, duathlon, and triathlon. All training plans include mobility, strength, high intensity, and long endurance work. Training plans are formulated using a 80/20-like approach for weekly intensity distribution. Training plans will used periodized training cycles on a 3 or 4 week microcycle that will progress an athlete through three core training phases: Preparation, Competition, and Transition.
Annual Training Plan Consultation
Thinking about doing more than one race? Perhaps stringing together multiple performances throughout the year with hopes of achieving multiple goals? If so, an annual training plan is right for you!
Annual training plan consultations consist of at least 1 meeting to discuss training goals and race ideas, and follow up meetings to review the training projections and outline for the training season.
1:1 Monthly Coaching
Athletes can expect weekly training plans delivered in 3-4 week blocks, administered via Trainingpeaks. Athletes will receive personalized training that fits your schedule, goals, and current fitness.
